Basic Motions: Low Block (front stance) moving backwards
High block (open hand - back stance) moving backwards
Back fist (back stance) moving backwards
Form (s): Chungee Reverse - all lower forms
Self-Defense: One-step - 5 hands
Free fighting: One person
Break: Roundhouse kick
Terminology: Terminology Sheet- Sheet 1 and Sheet 2
Time required: 2 months of training
