Form (s): Chung Moo and Bassai dae - all lower forms
Self-Defense: One-step - 10 hand, 10 foot and 
5 take downs

(Attacker chooses right/left and middle/high not indicated)
Free fighting: One opponent (2x) and multiple opponent
Break: Skip side kick and Jump back kick (opposite legs)
Terminology:  Terminology Sheet - Sheet 1 and Sheet 2
Time required: 6 months of training
